Ho provato questo caffè in grani N.9 Cremoso e ne sono rimasto davvero colpito. La miscela di Arabica e Robusta è ben bilanciata: ha un gusto ricco, pieno, con una buona cremosità in tazza e un retrogusto piacevole e persistente. La tostatura media esalta l’aroma senza renderlo troppo amaro, rendendolo ideale per l’espresso ma anche ottimo per cappuccini o caffè macchiati. I chicchi arrivano ben confezionati e freschi, e la macinatura con il macinacaffè è risultata uniforme. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per chi cerca un caffè di qualità da gustare tutti i giorni.

Die Bohnen sind wirklich klasse! Der Kaffee hat ein volles Aroma, schmeckt kräftig, aber nicht bitter. Genau die richtige Balance zwischen Arabica und Robusta – angenehm rund mit einer schönen Crema. Ich nutze ihn im Vollautomaten und bekomme jedes Mal einen Espresso hin, der fast wie aus dem Café schmeckt. Die mittlere Röstung ist perfekt: weder zu stark noch zu mild. Auch für Cappuccino und Latte Macchiato eignet sich der Kaffee super. Preis-Leistung passt für mich absolut, ich werde ihn definitiv wieder bestellen.

This roast works wonderfully as a regular drip brew. I grind this a bit finer in a normal brew format, and it produces a very smooth and full bodied experience. The flavor is deep and round (with elements of cocoa, maple & smoke), and not a hint of tartness in the finish. My favourite everyday coffee roast.
