A very low dosage of melatonin for little kids or kids who need a little assistance with winding down for sleep. These are not for kids with severe sleep issues.

We have tried a few different brands and types of melatonins. These taste good and aren't hard to chew. I only give my daughter one and she sleeps through the night without waking. They don't leave her feeling sleepy throughout the day either.
