Pili Hunters is a great company, and I love most of their products. This honey is definately an acquired taste. I cant get over the sour part of it. And it's not firm like regular honey, very much liquidy. Doesn't mean the product is bad, and I'm going to see if I can find recipes to accommodate this item. Or somehow to alter this sourness.

like taste,best of both worlds-bitter/sweet,price somewhat expensive,but you get what you pay for.quality is not cheap,otherwise we would all be driving rolls.

As you can see in the photo. It came open dripping all over the package. I wish I could get my money back.
