Q: I am trying to lose weight. Does this make shake make you gain weight? Is this good for weight loss?

No, this is a great product to loose weight. It fills you up and hold you over for hours. My nutritionist highly recommends it at 25 grams of protein per scoop with only 6 grams of Carbohydrates. Whohoo!
