Very simple to put together, sturdy, looks nice, and the lift up platform isn't too heavy, even with the mattress. Absolutely love the storage underneath.Customer service was prompt, they replied one day after my inquiry about a cracked corner (superficial, easily glued, and not very noticeable). They refunded a portion of my cost to make things right.

It looks great and it's very sturdy. My 12yo and husband put it together in just a couple of hours with minimal frustration lol. 12yo is very happy with her new bed. Has a great storage space that is easily accessed.

I am thrilled with this bed. It was easy to put together, very sturdy and beautiful. I just ordered a second for my son. The storage underneath is a game changer and it’s easy to access. One note, you must put the mattress on for the hydraulics to work. I thought something was wrong but another review helped.

Easy to put together, and allows for extra storage in my one bedroom condo. Only downside is I wish the headboard wasn’t open like it is. My cats walk through and shimmy under the bed and mess with stuff so I have to find a way to block it off. But for the value and convenience of this bed, it’s only a slight inconvenience.

This bed is very comfortable! It’s low enough, true to color, and the mattress actually lifts! The rgb lights are great and even have a remote, but the stickiness isn’t that great.. Still though after hours of searching for a good bed I found this, and it doesn’t disappoint. Is also very sturdy and is great for the value of your money, especially with the chargers on the headboard! 10/10 for me!

Extremely easy to assemble! Took 2 hours but only because there is allot to do. The feature to raise the bed for storage is brilliant for small spaces and allows me to use bed suspenders to hold my sheet on my 14 inch mattress very easily. I also love being able to charge my phone on the headboard. The lights are just a bonus. It looks good, feels sturdy and functions perfectly. Definitely recommend!

Love this bed. It’s exactly what we needed! Super easy to put together - definitely recommend two people and to make sure you follow the instructions for sure. Total upgrade to our space and it is so sturdy. Worth every penny.However, the USB-C charging port doesn’t work. And when I reached out to the seller through Amazon-I never received a response which I think is a shame. Don’t want to go through the hassle of buying another bed and putting it together. And would give this a 5 star if the sellers actually responded and helped.

It’s well made and very strong and supportive, the mattress doesn’t budge at all which is great. Assembly took about 2 hours, but I got hung up because the hydraulic lifts would not go down when following the instruction manual, I assumed they were defective and the seller sent new ones but I had the same issue… what I figured out on my own is that you must have the weight of the mattress on the bed to compress the hydraulics properly! Just pushing down on them without the distributed weight of the mattress will not work.I love the shelf and power options on the shelf, very handy. I love the individual look too. The frame seems durable enough to last for many years and many moves, fortunately I bet only about 12 bolts need to be removed to be able to effectively move the bed in pieces after assembled.I was worried that the frame might be too low to the ground especially before having a mattress on it, I bought a 12” mattress and it’s been doable, but low beds seem to be more modern anyways.
