I've slept poorly for the past 4 years and have tried many things (melatonin, no caffeine after 12pm, the expensive Beam products) and nothing worked. Then perimenopause stepped in and it got even worse! After reading about magnesium glycinate and sleep, I thought I might as well try that too. Well, it worked! I will tell you that I also take Estroven in the morning so I don't know if it's the combo but once I added in the magnesium, I'm finally getting a good 7 hours at night.

I have been taking one at bedtime and it really helps me to sleep! Would highly recommend .

Sleeping much better since we started to take this before bed

A fat capsule almost an inch long. I snipped off one end andfound a white powder with no annoying taste. So I poured it into a glass of milk. I think it helped me avoid night leg cramps. I now take it mornings and evening. Other forms of magnesium were heavily flavored and too sour; this is neutral. I hope it is not phony.

Got quickly. Have been taking for awhile now, but can't say they have made a difference that I've noticed.

This product helps me sleep better during the night and is needed for health issues. As I age, I need to supplement more.
