Have any women tried this seat? I am a 5'11'' woman and 170lbs, so the size of some men, but I've had a lot of perineal pain with my regular saddle.

I use this seat every day. I ride my bike all day for work. I am 5'8" and 180lbs. I prefer this seat to triangular one. I have tried the very wide ones also and they get in the way when I am peddling. I love it. It takes a little getting used to but it is comfortable and I would recommend it. Most of the men I work with who use it like it too.

Can someone give specific dimensions for this saddle? i.e. width and depth? Without knowing how small/ large it is, we cannot buy. thank you.

Is anyone using this Touring style saddle with a road bike instead of a more upright bike? If so, how do you like it?

This will be my 4th year in a row of about 6,000 bicycle miles. My biggest pain is the saddle and so I gave this item a try. Long-story-short, I have learned over the years that the biggest factor in saddle comfort is that the saddle width matches the width of your own, personal sit bones. This ISM saddle is actually quite wide at the front nose and was terrible for me (I am a male). I DO use the ISM Typhoon saddle on 2 of my bikes and very much like them. / In case you are new to all this: ...It isn't so much that different folks need different saddles as really being that different riding styles need different saddles. i.e. The saddle you use on an upright, flat bar, hybrid is not the saddle that you will use on a ram-style-handlebar road bike. For my upright riding, I use Brooks leather saddles. For my aggressive, road bike riding, I use a Specialized Romin Gel. I use an ISM Typhoon on my fat bike and one of my really aggressive road bikes. I hope that this helps. / I like ISM, but this saddle was an absolute NO-GO and I have sold it already with pretty much no mileage on it.
