Awesome for polishing rocks
Awesome product the only issue i had was that the bore hole in the middle was slightly smaller then my grinder and i had to drill it out to make it fit but i really enjoy how well the grit has stayed on this disc for as much as i have used it. Def worth it

awesome quality works great
Im a lapidary artist so I use these to go from preform to cab shape then go through the rest of the grits.. this is just after shaping on the 60 ....then I go to 180, 320,600,1200,3000 ,14000 and 50,000 ...this is awesome ...does the work in no time. I highly recommend this disc.

works well for me.
I have been using this to flatten surfaces on rock before polishing. I have very little experience but have been quite successful with this disc.

Great product - if water is used
Great product, it is still doing the job I needed it to do! With all sanding diamond disk you need to use water for them to last! I flood the wheel head with water then put my item on it. I then continue adding water as needed to ensure grit doesn't clog disk. If using dry it will not last very long!

worked okay but not all discs are good
I ordered an 800 and 1200 grit disc for my lapping machine to lap alumina. Both discs looked okay and the 800 one worked okay. It was relatively flat and cut smoothly. However, the 1200 grit disc was not flat and the coating was not as uniform. This meant that it had to be broken in longer until it cut consistently but it still was not flat (the steel disc is not flat and so although it could be used to obtain a decent surface finish on a small part it would not work well to lap a larger part flat.

So Far, So Good!
Very pleased with this so far. It arrived yesterday and I used it to shape rock for several hours on my new flat lap machine. I'm very happy with what I was able to accomplish in that time (the machine I bought only came with 180 grit and up, which just doesn't cut it for shaping rock efficiently; I really needed a lower grit on a strong disc, and this delivered! Looks like I'll get some good mileage out of this. I will be buying 60 and 80-grit discs from Drilax as well.

Seems like a decent disk.
Seems like a decent disk. I've only used it a couple times so far but I have used the entire surface and had no uneven scratches or gouges. Nice agressive cutting surface. Time will tell on longevity.

Not perfect but pretty good. I attached it to an acrylic backing because it's pretty thin, but once attached it worked pretty well. The only issue I found is that one part of the grit was either badly adhered or a high spot because after a week or 2 of grinding there was a bare spot that had no grit. Not a big deal, I can still use most of the surface, but if I try to use the area where it wore away it bumps, catches, or chips the stone. (Not a big deal for 80 grit, I leave some wiggle room in case the grind is rough or chips)

Es bueno pero no dura mucho se desgasta muy rápido

El grit es más fino de lo que compré. Pedí grano 60 y a pesar de que viene marcado con ese número el grit es más fino, de 80 a 100
