Delicious!
I have not tried any other chai teas, so I feel a bit biased here. But I enjoy this flavor! It's really smooth to me and I have to hold myself back from drinking a lot because it seems to disappear super fast, even though I'm the only one who drinks it in my house. One minute the container is full, and then I blink and it's almost empty! I will eventually try other chai teas, and I'm not an expert. I will say that I agree with another review that was on here. To avoid it being bitter, take 1 1/2 cups and boil it with the tea in there (I have tea infusers) for 3 minutes I believe, take the tea out, then put 1/3 cup of milk (I do 1/2 cup at times) then let that boil for 2 minutes and drink it! I have boiled it with the tea, then put cold milk in so I can drink it faster, but I've also steeped it and it is a bit more bitter but I still enjoy it.

Not the best Earl grey I've ever had but for the price is great!! Definitely have to use more than what it calls for but still tasty!

VERY light spices, strong tea, but absolutely NOT loose leaf. Bottom 1/3 of the bag tea-bag fine.
Not nearly enough spices, roughly similar consistency to an average tea bag except for a sprinkle of peppercorns and an occasional identifiable bit of clove. It was fairly fresh as far as the tea, and the tea leaves have a decent flavor, but for the price, I expected much more. In smaller sizes, they list this product as "loose leaf tea". What I received in the 1lb bag was definitely much finer than loose, rolled black tea leaves. I guess I should have read that the 1lb package doesn't specifically say "loose leaf". Not recommended if you prefer tea with more of the spices that make it "chai".

Heavy on the black tea, light on the spices imo
The tea looks, smells, and tastes very fresh and very high quality. The storage bag is exceptionally user-friendly compared to those provided by other companies. It smells rich in masala chai spices. To my tastebuds, the proportion of the spices needs to be much greater relative to the black tea. Maybe some other people like it with those proportions. It's called chai, not masala chai, so maybe the producer doesn't intend it to be as spicy. I'll add my own spices to max out the spice level.

Great if you like Ceylon and not craving Assam- But seems good quality overall
Its hard to find a strong Assam but recommend seeking it and maybe mixing it with this for you Chai along with some added spices. Taste more like Ceylon black types which do have stronger flavor. But its less expensive to get this strong black than it in an Assam. Still nicely done- I'll need to get some assam to mix it up with and added more spice for chai masala taste.

Great tea... Found a weird rock though
I should start by saying I love this tea! It's become my favorite morning black tea to wake up and start my day with. The scent is amazing. I do wish the finish tasted a little more like rose, but that may be me and what I add to my tea to make lattes. Would be amazing with a rose extract or syrup in it.I did find this small pebble in it today. Looks like a quartz? I feel a little weird about it but I mean I always steep my tea and strain so it's not like I would accidentally eat it. But someone else could!I'm not so sure about the quality anymore.
