These were bought to complement a new ceiling in our bathroom. They are so much smaller than the original football sized ones, and they produce a really bright light. We have them on their warmest setting and the light is wonderful. I asked my wife originally if she wanted all six put up in the room but it is just as well we only went for four otherwise we would have need sunglasses to have a shower!

Cannot comment on performance as they were a gift and have not yet been fitted. However they arrived promptly and the specification appears to be good with a choice of white light prior to fitting.Ideal if you want a replacement for existing 6” diameter hole

First thing to note is that these are quite bright downlighters and one of the reasons for this is that they are larger than the 'normal' downlighters requiring a cutout that is around 100 mm in diameter rather than 75mm for the more compact variety. My personal preference is for downlighters that are warm in colour temperature and a small switch on the downlighters can change the temperature from warm to cold ( 3 positions) This has to be set before fitting. They seem to be quite nicely made with some attention to detail and I am happy to recommend them.

We got these to replace some 70's light fittings that left a gaping hole in the ceiling. These lights were extremely easy to fit and wire up. The great thing is that once to wire them the first time, should you need to remove for whatever reason, there is a twist turn connector so that you don't have to touch the actual wiring.These lights were in the hallway, and may be slightly too bright, but nevertheless I'm extremely happy with them. Would buy again.

Energy rating F! And not dimmable at all, on, flicker and off are the only options

Easy to fit. What a difference the led lights make.

Bought 2 boxes of 4 lights. 3 stopped working after 1 month. Contacted amazon support and seller. Amazon keep sending me a review and fill it in but seller hasn't responded to resolve issues. I have emailed 3 times with no response. These lights have a 3yr warranty, I expected they would have resolved by now.
