I have a difficult time eating hard things since I have sensitive gums… and several missing teeth. Since this is sliced thin, I can easily eat it. Delicious! I have started a low sodium diet and it's nice to have this as a treat.

Low sugar and tasty.
The cookies I received were broken in several pieces b/c they were packed in the same large box with no packing and sent with a hard covered book I also ordered. I sent my sister the same cookies. Her cookies came intact b/c they were sent separately. She liked the low sugar aspect and found them tasty and great for dunking in milk or coffee.
