Cheap piece of junk with too high a price tag.
Never worked. Light comes on but that's it. Did stupid troubleshooting that does zip. No way to contact seller, as confidently Amazon has no option to message them AND product didn't have instructions, let alone a manufacturer insert.

5 stars review for this electric mop with cleanibg bucket
I’m 73 yrs old but didn’t experience back pain lightweight 4.4 lbs only works so good. The bucket is just push up & down only. I used tide downy mix with full water & clean up the pads thoroughly I saw the dirt in the bucket. Self cleaning the best so far which I like it . I mix fabuloso cleaner 4 tablespoons in spraying down in small cup & smells good. Lastly. I sprayed the Murphy oil wood cleaner with dry pads and it helps a lot with hard wood looks shiny …... happy with my purchase on this electric mop just $69.. hope this will last for one year warranty period.
