Upside: Really comfortable, feels quite solid, great value for priceDownside: Assembly instructions could be clearer, a pretty tight fit to get the back connected to seat but with a bunch of pushing got it to screw in and needless to say it’s not coming apart easily, the little plastic covers that cover the screw tops don’t fit so gray and I had to add a little glue to keep them on but with that they stayOverall very pleased because it’s a really comfortable chair!!!

The assembly was challenging especially the armrests and I also put the base on backward so had to do that part over. However, once assembled, it is a comfortable chair and makes my home work-space look professional. I am very pleased to have gotten a quality chair at an amazing sale price.

Great chair for the price! Very satisfied! Easy assembly! Overall quality looks great like you spent more money than you did. Of course you can tell it is not real leather but they do not look cheap at all. The color is a deep dark chocolate brown, no redish that some browns have. Cushion seat is very comfortable.

I purchased this chair to replace one I had for 9 years from Realspace, it was peeling but that's to be expected after a few years. The old one was still comfortable after 9 years, This is day one in this char, I'm sorry I cut up the box because it is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever owned and it feels like your sliding off the front when sitting in it. I may end up donating it to Hospice and purchasing a different brand. Very unhappy with this chair.

I am satisfied with this chair. It is easy to install

It's a desk chair and it will be another 5 yrs before the bonded leather flakes off and I have to replace it. At $129 that's about $26/yr. At the moment, it's a good deal less comfortable than the Harrington 2 it replaces, but I didn't like sitting in that one until the foam gave out. But the Harrington had no lumbar support and the back was less upright, which is why I bought it. I like lounging at my desk. I'm not an accountant. Both them have the offset pivot which seems to have prevented the chair from developing a tilt and I never had trouble with that. I wish they'd get rid of bonded leather altogether. There's a lot of chairs I might have bought but for that. And I wish they'd stick with the same models for a few yrs.

This chair is extremely comfortable, easy to assemble and offers amazing back support. It is adjustable and sturdy, and quite worth the price.I would not recommend buying it online, though, as it ships straight from Office Depot and didnt save me any time, which was the whole reason I bought it online. Took a long time to get here.
