Purchased 2 of the 7” cake tins for use in the 6L instant pot and for baking cakes in a regular fan oven.I was sceptical buying this from amazon as their were no reviews on the product, but I can say I have been most pleasantly surprised!The quality of the tin is brilliant, it’s just the right thickness and has a (non stick?)coating on it. For all my uses since purchasing (1 x instant pot cheesecake & 5 standard vanilla cakes) I lined the tins(probably just out of habit!)...I’m glad I did line then as I noticed where a little bit of my cake mixture touched the tin directly it did stick. This was not a problem as a quick soak in soapy water and it came right off with a brush.The leakproof tin has a very tight seal. So much so on first opening the tin I spent 5 mins trying to get the bottom to release! Once you get through the initial deal it’s latches on perfectly!The item was packaged very well in a box, which ensured the item arrived in perfect condition.Overall I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a springform tin for use in the 6l instant pot & conventional baking use.
