It fits our hot cocoa cups which are very odd shaped and 16 oz very well. I do have to change the orientation of the cups as I am putting them away if not the storage container does not keep shape. It was easy to put together and we'll keep the dust off of my cups which is great

This morning I received the box to replace the one with the missing part. Thank you! The case should be closed.received the set of two 12 cell boxes. One of the boxes is missing the piece that fits in the bottom of the box. This is the third time I have written to ask Mayniu to please send the missing piece. If I do not hear back by July 12 2024 I will return both boxes. I like the boxes and would prefer to receive the missing bottom piece.

I ordered four different brands for my pottery business because I needed different sizes. This was the only brand that I feel safe transporting my mugs in without putting them in another bin first. The walls, bottom, and lid are rigid. It is also so nice looking I actually leave my mugs in and will be removing the lid (which zips on by the way) and using as a mug display . Love them and will be ordering more.
