Sorel Women's Explorer II Joan Cozy Boot

I love Sorel boots for their style and quality. This is my third pair of winter boots with this brand, not because any have worn out, but just because I wanted three different styles. I have bought other brands of snow boots with a lower price tag only to return them and come back to Sorel. These are truly waterproof, so comfortable and so stylish. They keep my feet cozy in below zero temps. I always get a lot of compliments when I wear them. True to size, great durability.

Got these boots today and I LOVE THEM! I read the reviews and decided to size up, glad I did also! Normally wear an 11 but have some swelling so I got a 12 and they fit PERFECT! The right is a little tighter and my heel rubbed also, like someone else pointed out, but I'm going to continue breaking them in and hope for the best. I also dropped a full cup of LIGHT BROWN mocha frappe on them the side l suede toe of the shoe on accident. I wiped them off with a damp papertowel and it immediately looked like it never happened! SO FAR LOVING THIS BOOT! Also, walked in and on snow, had good traction and my feet stayed warm all day with a thin sock on. GREAT BUY, will be purchasing another pair in a different color, maybe 2 pair!👍🏾

Great quality!! I love sorel and I was hoping these would keep my feet pretty warm and they get the job done. If they get wet, it isn’t too bad! And they are pretty cute to boot! I would definitely purchase again.

This is a cute, lightweight boot. I ordered one size larger (I am an 11 so ordered a 12) than I normally wear based on other reviews. The size 12 fit ike an 11. I think part of the problem with the sizing is because the sole is shaped weird- it is wide at the ball of the foot, but then quickly narrows in the toe box. The boot would likely fit more true to size with a more rounded toe box. I have never owned Sorels before, but always heard how good they are. I think the quality of this boot is not that great, so I am glad I bought them on sale. Even with the sale price, I think I could have found something of equal quality for much less. I think Sorel must be riding on the coattails of either earlier success or some of their better made boots. Who knows, maybe this boot is better made than it seems and I just dont know any better but my initial resonse when I put them on was disappointment. I am a glass half full kind of person so I gave a score of 4 instead of a 3.....probably should be a 3. I have worn these boots several times since my original review. The boot is warm and comfy, and they do grip pretty well on slippery surfaces.

So my feet are perpetually cold in the winter months. Started the hunt for a warm, comfortable boot that looked cute too. I was going back and forth between these and the out and about boots. After reading some not so favorable reviews of the other ones i decided on these. This one checked all the boxes. They are lightweight and so comfortable to wear running errands and going for a walk. I leave the laces tied loosely so I have the convenience of just slipping these on. I'm contemplating buying another pair to have for when I wear these out. These are definitely worth it. I did size up a half size ,fyi.

The color is just like the photos, pretty comfortable and warm but they do run small. I'm a size 6 but during fall/winter I always get size 7 in boots so I can use thick socks, they fit fine with normal socks but I can't wear my winter socks, hopefully is not an issue since they do feel pretty warm. Other than that they are amazing. My advice: order them a size and a half if you are using thicker socks.

The best winter boots. So stylish and comfortable. Be careful though, colored pants will stain the white fur.

Kind of disappointed in Sorel with these boots. They are not as clunky as my other Sorel boots. That’s a plus. But they are also not as warm. I will wear them to run errands, but if I am going to be out in the snow for any amount of time, or if I’m upstate at our ski house…. I am going to grab my “Joan” boots by Sorel. So if you aren’t in a super Snowy or Cold area…. I imagine they would be great. They do fit a little large, but it allows me to wear a warmer sock. They are waterproof in both snow and rain. They are very lightweight, unlike my “Joans”. They also have good support and treads to prevent slipping. So overall good quality, and I am keeping them, but if I repurchase I’m going back to a different style boot. In fact my sister lives in Mississippi and has a pair that she loves. So they aren’t as good further North in NY.

I live in Northern Ontario and our winters can be punishing. These boots are holding up really well and they are comfortable and cute as a button. Spray them for sure, or you will stain the suede. Otherwise they are amazing and when they wear out i will purchase again.

My first pair was way too small and this pair was borderline pushing it on being smaller than I had expected. The quality is grey and the colour is exactly as described.

Best winter shoes. Light and comfortable. Sorel is one my favorite brands

Light weight, nice looking boot but narrow at the toe so unfortunately I have to return them.
