My coffee machine stopped to work, I saw a video so I bought it. Magic !!! My coffee machine work perfectly. Good packaging, fast delivery and do the job. Not easy to fix it but worth it!!

When my Nespresso Krups stopped working and the water, instead of through the spout, would fall at the back of the machine, I looked for a solution online and someone said to replace this part. I did and the machine is like new.

Fitted my Magimix Nespresso U. Fixed the problem where machine had started dispensing all the coffee directly into the drip tray instead of through the spout into the cup (on the original part the plastic wings on the side that flips the pouring spout into the dispense position had snapped off, thus the spout was left in drip position, hence dispensing the entire portion of cofee into the waste tray instead). Great fix for a fiver. Easy enough to change, remove three screws, lever off and slide the casing off, lever off/pop tabs on the dispenser cover so it pops off, remove old one, clip on the new one, replace the covers and screws. Note you need to turn the machine on, start the cycle, then turn it off as soon as the pump starts, so that the pod holder is retracted before you change this part (obviously careful of electric shock risk if you do this once the outer cover is removed), and make sure the side wings are under the see saw dispensing spout when you fit it. Only one issue - the first one was delivered already broken (one of the tabs was snapped), had to call Amazon to send replacement, which they did.

Nespresso machine had started stopped delivering the coffee through the spout into the cup and instead it came directly down into the container where the pods were ejected. I was able to use the machine to make coffee if I put my cup into this area with a small sieve on top to catch the coffee pod. As this was only a bit annoying I bought the replacement part mentioned for the Magimix machine as it looked similiar. It is visually identical to the original part - same markings on plastic. I followed a video on Utube to find out how to replace the part. It was quite simple. Our machine was outside its warranty period so felt I had nothing to lose by trying to fix it myself. The only difficulty was that the spout part did not pull out quite as easily as it showed in the video so used a small screwdriver to help ease it off one of the lugs. The machine was quite dirty inside with coffee oils so was glad to be able to have access to clean parts not normally visible. Replacing the part was much easier once one lug was in place a little push was all that was required to have the other lug snap satisfyingly into place. Works like a dream again. Thank you.

After finding out that this is a common part that breaks on the krups machine I was relieved to see this on Amazon!God sendEasy enough to replace the part after dismantling the machine.Works perfectly now.Might buy another.

Save money, easy fix instead of spending $$$ on new machine. This is a design flaw maybe on purpose to sell more machines. Happened to more than one of my machines. If your coffee doesn’t cone out of the spout, this is a simple affordable fix. Took long to come but within the timeframe promised. Good communication re shipping.

Après avoir changer la buse, l’utilisation s’effectue comme avec l’original…. Par contre, après 5 ou 6 mois, la pièce se casse à nouveau et.. elle doit de nouveau être remplacée…
