I ordered one for myself and wife. They are one size fits all. My wife's fits fine, but she is 5' 2" and 120 pounds. Mine chokes me at 6' 2" and 225 pounds. This is nothing more than a neck brace used for neck injuries... Impossible to sleep with at night. Save your money.

It was too bulky and it didn’t keep me from snoring. It could work for you, just not me.

Uncomfortable when wearing brace. States that it helps with snoring, according to my wife it doesn't work for everyone. She had to shove me in middle of night because of my snoring.
