GIR utensils are well made and come in variety of colors, styles, and sizes
Great manufacturer. Quality non-toxic silicone. Quality product. No seams. Dishwasher safe. Can take the heat. I use GIR utensils and the ultimate turner and spoonfuls are my favorites. They are like having 2 utensils in one. Unfortunately there was a mix up and I received a GIR utensil in packaging and new but not the kind I had ordered.

They Got It Right!
Finally, someone did Get It Right! After using suboptimal silicone utensils, I am happy to report that this is not one of them. I've used this spatula almost daily for months and have NO pitting, chipping or cracking to report. Soft and flexible but stiff enough to easily get under those pancakes or burgers for an easy flip. No issues with melting. Cleans up in a breeze. Looks and works wonderfully!

Great Replacement for typical Black Plastic Spatula
So glad I found this recommended by the NYT Wirecutter writers. Intended to replace my black plastic spatula which Wirecutter noted is a PFOA hazard. But aside from eliminating that risk, this spatula is awesome in use. Super sharp (though flexible) blade, gets under any food, does not burn, much less melt, and does not absorb grease. Easy to clean. Surprisingly nicely weighted. Expensive, but seems like a lifetime purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the ultimate sprinkle white color.And the 8 inch size flip turner in Blue and red. They are all great.I love the weight and size of the Blue Flip turner as it's good for my small handsThe ultimate white spatula is around 13 inch and little heavier but good for big flips. My husband loves them

Almost perfect
I love this spatula for many reasons: the durable silicone, the color, and the fact that it’s easy to clean. The only thing I wish was different was that the head was a little slimmer. It is primarily used to flip fried eggs and it can be challenging to flip an individual egg without bumping into another one. But overall a great purchase.
