So easy to use with the weight evenly distributed on your back, very robust machine and you could probably use a helper to get it on your back once you've started it if you're my age. Unfortunately my hedge trimmer wouldn't operate when I lifted it into the air towards a hedge. Support was VERY easy to contact and diagnosed the problem in minutes and had a replacement part in the post the same day. I've had a similar machine with the same engine size from this company before but getting old I found it heavy on my arms, the backpack mounted engine is so much better.

The kit looks great but unfortunately not been able to use because of broken back pack. I have been offered £15 to "seek" a local repair myself. This is not acceptable but, To date, no progress made.Would also benifit from some paperwork showing assembly steps. Cannot comment of value for money (although looks good) due to not being able to use.Yours sincerelyC A Moore

Great product. Excellent communication and after sales support resolving a few small issues.

Putting this all together was easier than it looked at first glance and the various tools are excellent. Particularly handy are the grass blade cutter and hedge cutter. The pruner/chain saw is fun but only really suitable for relatively thin branches. All in all and excellent bit of kit and does exactly what it says on the tin.

The hedge trimmer worked for 15 minutes and then lost all power and needs to be replaced.

Strimmer is quality but the Hedge cutter and chain saw stop working when held high I figured out it was to do with the flexi pipe all assembled as instructed but the flexi pipe constantly needs pushing back in to position only slight movement but enough to stop the machine working

Takes about 10 minutes to set upOnly used the strimmer very powerful strange having the motor on your back very simple to use

It's junk!!! seller refused to sort out issues or keep to there return or warranty policy and have 0 respect for the customer as a horticultural engineer I recommend you buy a good product from a recognised distributor that's not scamming

Très pratique à porter sur le dos, vibrations avec la lame à 3 dents mais autrement les autres lames ou fil rien à dire parfait, facile à monter j'avoue qu'un mode d'emploi en français aurait été pratique, bon matériel.

The media could not be loaded.  I have used it once and it is working. I will use it more when summer is coming back here in the north of Sweden. Then I will have the full understanding of how it is. But my first impression of the machine is good. Thank you!

El servicio por parte del vendedor es excelente. Me han resuelto una duda que tenia de inmediato. La calidad y funcionalidad de las herramientas es buenisima. Hace su trabajo a la perfeccion. Lo he recibido rapidisimo, incluso me enciaron una pieza que se perdio en el transporte de forma inmediata. Lo recomiendo 100%. Un 10 le doy. Herramienta multifuncion perfecta para las tareas del jardin. Lo utilizo para recortar setos, podar ramas de hasta 25 cm, desbrozar, recortar bordes…..magnifico. Y la atencion al cliente fantastica.
