High Quality - Works Like Original Equipment
I used this to replace the worn and weathered locking T-handle for my camper shell window. This replacement works perfectly. The chrome finish is excellent, the bearing surface is smooth and quiet and the square drive fits the standard closing hardware perfect. The countersunk bolt spacing matched my existing hole well and there were no serious problems mounting this. There was one difference to be aware of with this. The handle retainer is held in place with a roll pin instead of a toothed washer. Because of this, you may need to drill our center hole out slight to clear it. However the chrome oval bezel will easily cover this slightly larger opening. The latch is a standard 1/4 turn design which turns to the right (clockwise) to open with most camper shell applications. The handle comes with two keys and the lock works smoothly and easily. The square drive is extra long and can easily be cut to the right length for your application with a hacksaw or angle grinder. Highly recommended!

Handle works as it should. If drilling a new hole, it has to be bigger than some of the t handles I have used. Besides that, functions like it should.
