Because of its weight the ladder is very sturdy. I feel very safe on the highest step. It doesn't wobble at all. It folds easily and a joy to use. In my opinion it's more sturdy than other indoor and outdoor ladders I've climbed. The price to me was reasonable considering the quality.

Ladder is wonderful! I have been able to reach so much stuff! Now I'll have room for so much activities. Super lightweight and folds so when it needs to sleep you can rest it against a wall. Super cute! A great gift!

Purchased on 50% discount and feel that was a fair price for quality. It wobbled a bit right out of the box on hard floors but nothing horrible.Getting the tray folded down took some doing, and I was afraid I would break the plastic. It does work, though.Steps are wide for your foot but narrow at the hip, if you are plus sized I would consider a different model.Undoing the bolts to fold the top handle down would be a pain, so currently storing it full length. Would be nice if there was an attached box or bag to store them in when folded.Tall enough to reach my 10 ft ceilings at 5'6", still need some assist for lights at 12+ feet.

I got this because I have tall wire shelves in my pantry and I am short. Really enables me to reach the top most shelf and therefore improve my storage. Ditto for tall kitchen cabinets.It is very sturdy and reliable; does not tip over and I don't feel insecure standing on the top most step. I am also older so it's not always easy for me to step on the first step if it is too high. This one is an adequate height, But not too high. I wasn't sure I wanted a metal ladder but I'm glad I chose this instead of the flimsy plastic ones. Stores nicely on my wall in the pantry, Although there is no technical hanging hook. I put two smaller bicycle hanging type hooks on the wall and it hangs there nicely.The only con is that it is confusing to open and close at first. After a while, you get used to its design, which is why I gave it five stars.

Have used my stepstool so many times wishing for something taller. This fits the bill perfectly. It’s well-made a little bit heavy but still very manageable to carry around. Love it. I feel very secure even on the top step.

The media could not be loaded. ...we bought one at work so i can reach the high ac unit to clean filters ...Liked it so much bought for home...fluctuating pricing but well priced...Completes our set at home of shorter for Crawlspace, reg for painting etc..Big monster cosco for heftyOr offset projects...And this for ceiling paint, bathroom fans...taller shrubs lightbulbs etc...As far as wt..i think its pretty light for 250 lb capacity that feels stable yet is slim...cmon folks..you arent gonna wanna stand on one thats extremely lightweight!...Comes w tools for tightening as well as if you need it shorter during storage as the shelf w sidebars can fold down..But i leave it attached and i easily store in my closet...🪜 🪜 🪜 🪜 🪜

I use this ladder to reach the top shelf of my cube bookcase. I love the ladder it is easy to open, use and store. It is very stable and doesn't move while climbing the steps. It is sturdy and seems to be good quality material. I have been using it for a while now. However, the only problem for some might be there are no handles on it to support yourself while climbing up the steps. Which is fine for me but if you don't have good balance or you are older and need something to hold on to while stepping up this might not be for you. For me it works great and is perfect.

I love this little step-stool. It looks great, folds up very thin and is very easy to use. It is well made and I love the little push button mechanism to close it back up.
