Useless
This product is useless. The product doesn't look as premium in real life as the photos. The finishing is not good and plastic case itself is very low quality.Now the biggest disappointment is the perfume itself. While the fragrance is nice, it's hardly palpable at the front forget about backseats and this is day 1.Reviews and ratings appear to be bogus.

Missing items
The product description says that this item will come with refill oil. However, it was not included. Requested a replacement, and it was delivered on time. However, the essential oil was still missing. Apparently, the seller takes it out, I am not sure. But if you use this item in your car it doesn't make any difference. The fragrance is non existent without the oil. Hence, this item can be skipped and we can look for another item from another seller.
