I really like the work this company puts into their formulations, they're great for people who want to get a lot of different nutrients without needing to take a ton of different supplements. This blend is great for helping to manage stress and sleep. I don't think I'll be switching magnesium brands as I have a pretty set routine that works for me, but it is definitely a great product and was worth trying something new.
