Does it come with a spray nozzle?

No. I had a nozzle on the bottle I already had so I just put it on the new one.

Is it safe on cookware?

Yes. I use it on my regular cookware but I don't use it on the inside surface of my non-stick pans. It breaks down baked on grease.

Can I use to clean my bathtub?

No this is not a bathtub cleaner
