Tasty but a little odd consistency
I expected these to plump up in the pan but they look like usual rice noodles when cooked. Little plasticy tasting and slimy.

really tasty! texture is great
I only just discovered these and am really pleased with the purchase, will definitely be buying regularly from now on. I don't always want the thick, round texture of other udon noodles, this shape and texture suits certain dishes better. I also like that they're dried and have to be cooked because that makes them more flexible for different portion sizes.
