Works Amazing!! I used this sauna suit to do so many activities. For aerobic exercises, to run at the park even if is night cause has some reflectives lines around for high visibility. Also good to use when im in my house doing things. It makes workouts more effective, Cause produces more sweat without too much effort and melt away any body fat quickly. I used with a waist trainer under to obtain more results. I recommend to drink liquids while you are using to avoid any kind of dehydration and just keep a healthy diet for best result

This LAZAWG Sweat Jacket for Women is really cute and a wonderful aid to weight loss.Looks very fashionable so wearing it out won't make you look like your wearing a plastic garbage bag.Fits true to sizing and has ample room throughout. Fabric is soft and silver inner fabric is comfortable. The manufacturer calls this a jacket, but I see it more as a top/ shirt but can definitely be worn as a jacket. It's pull over, no zippers or buttons.Very, very light weight.

The media could not be loaded. Nice fit, no strange Oder, works well and you’re able to layer your sweat ban under for an extra sweat. Loose fit and comfortable. Wrist band and waist band doesn’t hold the sweat if that a concern. Only thing I would change is the elasticity around the wrist and waist. Sweat was everywhere lol but I will be using it again

The quality of the sauna jacket is good for thr price, the jacket has worked well as of now and has constantly been used, I have had no issues with the zipper, which is what actually breaks on most of these, the jacket insulation does feel a little flimsy but over all does what it is suppose to do with no trouble. It warms and is has a good fit.Over all I like it a bit flimsy but still does what it is suppose to do and that is to trap heat very well.
