Gives me energy but in a calm way. Very effective, blue crush flavor is amazing. Zero sugar, nice crisp carbonation. The inside of the amazon bag it was in was wet, which had me nervous about a leakage, but there was no leaks so im not sure what that was.

I would have liked more raspberry flavor, but it became more pronounced as i drank it. 270mg caffeine, but i didn't perceive a caffeine rush at all. 16oz is my preferred size as is the "zero" sugar. The amino acids and vitamins are a plus and i do like the taste although the berry flavor really didn't come thru for me. No jitteriness afterwards, no after taste and i think it did lift my energy level some but not as much as i expected. Probably from the various sources of caffeine that combine for a less exaggerated affect. I would recommend it as i have bought other Celsius products and generally like them all.
