Tasty Black Bean Stir Fry
Hadn't tried these before so added them along with the peanut satay flavour they do to a recent Amazon Pantry order. So much quicker and easier than making your own sauce from scratch and really quick and easy to just stir-fry a bunch of sliced vegetables and some chicken for a quick and tasty Chinese style black bean stir fry. The black bean flavour is nice and you can taste the shallots and ginger slightly to give it some depth as the beef flavour doesn't overpower the rest. Will definitely use this range again.
