The temp numbers do not line up with the calibration of my particular air fryer.....
Even though the temp numbers are not aligned with my air fryer's calibration of temperatures, this is still a very useful guide. Using an air fryer is a guessing game anyway, and, so far, I've had really good success regardless. I don't eat or cook a lot of junk/snack foods, nor frozen, prepared, store-bought meals. But, if you do, I think you will like this guide.

It's Handy
I have a regular Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer book, but these you can if you want, put on your Refrigerator or whatever magnet object or it slides right into the drawer. They a Quick Air Fryer Reference guide.It's a terrific resource to have handy. It complements Emeril Lagasse French Door Large Air Oven Dryer.
