Love the bike and the pedal assist. Be warned though that I bought this in March 2025 and it has not come with a throttle and I am struggling to find one that works. If anyone has fitted a third party one that works please let me know. The Bafang and Cyclotricity don't work for me. I have enabled cruise control on the computer. (Not sure if that has an effect or not)I have also gone back to Eleglide to ask if I could buy one separately and the response was that "the bike does not come with a throttle"

Came early, delivery top notch, bike itself EXCELLENT, easy to assemble and worth way more than the price I paid of £690 with accessories, lights and mudguards and surprise, surprise it was fully charged, what a happy customer I am 👍👍👍😀.

Wish I could give it six stars. Quality machine for the price. Easy to build and easy to use.

I was really looking forward to using this bike, but unfortunately, it's been quite a letdown.First of all, the brakes are not very reliable – they feel weak and slow to respond, which makes riding feel unsafe. The tires also seem to be low quality; they wear down quickly and don't grip well on wet surfaces.Another issue is the top speed. The description says it can reach 25 miles per hour, but in reality, it feels noticeably slower. I haven't been able to get close to that speed, even on flat ground.Lastly, the front wheel is poorly secured, making it worryingly easy to remove. This could be a serious security issue – someone could walk off with the wheel in seconds.Overall, I can't recommend this bike. It needs major improvements in safety, build quality, and performance

Seems a relatively good bike but my battery keeps cutting out mid cycle? And also my brakes no longer work after 3 weeks

This is a great bike. Or it should have been. Out of the box the front wheel is bent and needs to be replaced. The brakes squeak but this is fixable. If the company replaced the front wheel like they initially promised to do, I would not have any complaints. I have been now told to that the wheel is my problem to deal with as they have no replacement wheels. This is not something that fills me with hope that, should anything go wrong later in the life of the warranty, this company would do anything to fix it if they are not willing to fix a problem out of the box.Looking at other reviews, this is not an isolated experience. Think twice. You might get lucky, you might not...
