First when I saw the box, it was already opened and re-sealed. The box was also worn and battered, but I thought, well, maybe, it will work well. I attempted to use the equipment but realized on two separate occasions it could not correctly guide me to my destination nor did it tell me when I was near my destination or making a left or right turn on another street, etc. Since I had another Tom Tom prior, I was very familiar with the way it was supposed to work. It's obvious I was sold a refurbished GPS instead of new, as advertised. Very dissatisfied with this equipment.
