Excellent fit and product
This insert was excellent, I had made my own a while back and for the price of this, I will never make another one. It fit perfect, and it is going to help me out a lot.

Fit like a glove
This product was an easy to use product. I swapped it right out with my original plastic piece and got right to cutting with my chop saw. If I had the time I’d use a different hardwood myself but for the price and the fact I saved time having to do it myself made it worth the money.

It fit my saw great... maybe a bit high but that's an easy modification. Perfect for fine cuts

Good starting point
The overall product fits a dws779.But to make it functional, you'll need to plane it to the correct thickness so it doesn't sit proud of the deck and the screw holes aren't quite correct, slightly off in location and counter sunk to the exact size of the screw head which is too tight in this instance.Purchased to save time over making one... Yet here i am, making one with the China crap.
