I bought black ink and all worked okay, however at some point my printer stopped detecting the amount of ink in black cartridge. I spoke to customer services who gave me steps to follow to reset printer. This did not work, when I told them they said sorry and would I be willing to accept a replacement. Job done for me, new cartridge in place and working okay, I got an added bonus/apology as I was sent colour cartridges as well.

I have bought these before and, although they aren’t authentic HP cartridges, they are much cheaper and are fine for my purposes.

Been using these cartridges for nearly a year, instead of the horrendously expensive HP cartridges. They are very good, but you may encounter a problem with your printer stating “not an HP chip”. That’s not a problem as Smart will email a link that fixes the problem and away you go. Excellent service and would recommend.

Good value ink, delivered on time and the cartridges work. Great customer service too when the cartridges got blocked by flipping HP - all in good working order again..

I purchased some Smartink cartridges and had problems with compatibility and my HP OfficeJetPro 8715.The helpline came in the form of one Alice, who was available on WhatsApp through the enclosed contact instructions.She felt that I was unhappy with the issue and immediately sent replacement cartridges which arrived the next day.Despite my age and necessity to go through steps on my computer I was guided to a successful outcome.Many thanks Alice … and Smartink
