Just received this today, plugged it in and nice air flow and sound nice and quiet , good thing it has a volume switch with an off mode you can adjust air flow or turn it off with out it unplugged , for the price point it’s perfect and works as designed, no mounting hardware or clamps comes just as a fan ,for 25 bucks this does the job nicely, time will tell about longevity.note it’s great for grow tents brought my temp down quick in a 2x4 tent my 4 inch fan could not evacuate the air from the inside fast

these work great with my grow tents to get the passive air-through in there! I just run them on the timer with the light and things are g2g, better than a more expensive dedicated fan for the cost. They do run a bit loud depending on the size of the tent, my 5x5 is loud, my 3x3 was relatively quiet, I also have a duct on the 5x5 though so I suspect thats a culprit of the noise

four stars for the loudnessIt's not LOUD, but it could have been quieter.I added this as an exhaust to my chicken coop and it is working very well. The switch is nice quality. We'll see how long it runs.

Got this to replace an ancient crud covered duct fan that was barely running. This is installed at the entrance to my crawlspace to create some airflow to remove excess moisture. It also cools the garage in the summer and adds some heat in the winter. I leave it running 24/7 on the low speed and so far it's doing its job. Experience tells me these will last at least 5 years, probably more, as this is much better built than my old one. Would definitely recommend.

I have an 8" Vivosun fan for my grow tent, and I got one of these because it cost less than another Vivosun. However, the Vivosun is very quiet, and this one is about twice as loud, even at the lowest speed setting. I regret not paying more for another Vivosun. This product still technically works as specified, so if noise isn't a concern for you, then this could be a great option.

This buster fan is quiet and has a variable speed control built into the power cord allowing adjustment from low to high and off. It moves a lot of air for its size and when off doesn’t restrict air flow noticeably. This fan is a good value for the money and I would buy again.

One of the solder joints on the output side of the controller was bad (no contact), so initially it didn't work. I just fixed it instead of sending it back. Works fine now. It's clearly not the most efficient fan, and it's fairly noisy, but I'm using it to vent an outhouse so that's not a problem for my application.

Excellent fan with great power. I started using these and they are cheaper and the same quality as the big names IMO FOR MY GROW TENTS
