We had quite a time with delivery delays but in the end, the blind was worth the wait and good quality. We purchased it for a basement window. It looks good.

Perfect fit, total blackout, rolls up and down slowly and easily, easy to install, and no cord. and I like the material. I would definitely buy again.

We wanted black out shades for our living room so they had to be high quality, have a smooth mechanism, and look good. We are so pleased! We ordered exactly the size we wanted by width and length, and we received them in a well packaged box in two weeks. TIP: I ordered the width 1" less than the actual distance between the drywall, to be safe. This was good because I thought all four windows were exactly the same width, but one was 1/2" narrower.I saved $1,000 over the prices from local vendors, who also get all their shades & blinds from China :-). We more than pleased with the quality, professional grade. Installation was straight forward, not hard at all. Since I mounted them inside the window casement, I replaced the screws that came with the shades with the same size, but 1/2" longer. That way, the screws were long enough to go through the drywall and up into the stud frame around the top of the windows. A stronger attachment vs. using drywall anchors. Doing so is also easier, drill the gide holes and insert screws, zip, zip.

Installing these are crazy easy! Making sure each of the brackets are straight with one another is important. I found securing the middle first then marking and drilling one of the two front/back holes of each bracket ensured they could be adjusted slightly if needed before drilling too much out.I've made two purchases, six total blinds, and have mounted both inside and outside the window frame. I prefer the aesthetic inside the frame, but there is less light going outside the frame as there will be overlap with the wall/frame.My only issue is ever single ones of these goes up at a different speed. I have one that will snap up in an instant and another that I can trigger to open then go open all the others and that first one is still slowly climbing up the window.

This fit the window perfectly. I installed by myself but had a hard time holding it up long enough to get everything locked into place. I suggest having an extra pair of hands.
