Simple and efficient
Just what I needed to keep track of sodium and fat in particular, with other components of my diet as well (cholesterol, carbohydrates, etc). Research shows that writing all this down contributes to weight loss by helping you keep track of everything. This book makes it easy.

My dr. suggested a book to keep track of my daily stuff. This has everything I need. Lots of room for notes too. Will buy again. This is 2nd purchase!

Great For Your Health Journey
I'm on a health journey and the best way for me to track what I eat is by journaling. Apps don't work for me because I have to see it in writing. I have three suggestions to make this journal practically perfect:1) spiral binder for the spine (I took mine to a FedEx Office to have this done.)2) Include a column for cholesterol3) place the categories in the same order as they are on a nutrition labelI've just ordered another one so if you take my suggestions- SEND ME ONE PLEASE!

Thorough tracker
This is a very thorough tracker. If you like tracking, this is a good journal. I would recommend to others. you can track exercise as well as calories, proteins etc. I would purchase again.
