Fantastic! A must read!
What an amazingly inspiring book...I don't know what flavor Kool-aid this is, but I'm loving it. So many times books like this fail to deliver the total package, but this one does. Murphy seamlessly blends a little bit of theory, a healthy dose of teaching and real world examples with actionable recommendations to be taken. I'll be rereading this and taking copious notes for how I will be implementing Murphy's hundred percenter principles in my organization.

Love the Brown Shorts and used them for our workplace
Love the Brown Shorts and used them for our workplace. The 100% model of Skillset, Mindset and Effort was a huge hit as well.

Challenge and Reward Equals Success
Fast delivery. Provides solid guidance for employers who want to maintain and motivate their A Team. Helps to differentiate between constructive and destructive criticism. Would recommend for all C level executives as well as managers.

Such s great book for any leader
I focused on relationships too much to try and get people to do something because it was important for me. This has helped me open new doors. Such s great book for any leader.

Just not what I had hoped. I suppose some will get some out of it but for me it was just ok.

bit of a nerve really
I thought the hiring for attitude book was really good, with lots of practical direction, however having then eagerly bought this one only to discover huge swathes of shared material between the two I feel conned. Read the first and leave this. I don't know what he was thinking subjecting the buying public to the same material ( and I mean word for word copy lifts) twice in a follow-on book. An unadulterated rip off.
