Norcamp Full Steel 2x2m Gazebo

NOW A ZERO RATING..FOR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICEGazebo looks very stylish and has been much admired by the others on our caravan site. Fabric is substantial and seems very strong. The roof was difficult to fit onto the frame as it’s a really tight fit however, once in place it looked great.IMPORTANT EDIT (OCTOBER 2022)…… when I removed the roof canopy recently in preparation for winter storage, the roof tore along the seam. The manufacturer is unable to provide a replacement roof as it’s not made anymore. I have looked online in an attempt to find a like for like replacement but the sizing (or shape) is not right…..So I now have a substantial and expensive frame but no roof.Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and found any solution.FURTHER EDIT….. I contacted the supplier who was sympathetic but simply stated that the item was not made any longer in this size. They suggested looking for a replacement on Amazon/EBay. However, due to the fact that the roof is an apex, a similar size roof does not fit property. The supplier/manufacturer has been no help at all and has more or less suggested “tough luck” you’re on your own.I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR SUPPLIER/MANUFACTURER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.This product now receives a ZERO RATING.
