This kit is really handy for being able to run 12v stuff off of a Milwaukee M18 tool battery. It's a good, maybe slightly snug, fit on the battery, it locks into place securely, and comes prewired from the battery adapter to regulator, to flying leads for your 12v needs. With a few different things running off of the battery, it held a very consistent 12.0-12.1v output, I was able to use it to run 12v lights and accessories without a car or traditional power supply. For things like power wheels kids toys, a nice way to dual-purpose tool batteries already on hand to replace long-dead (and crazy expensive for what they are) toy batteries.

Trash! Broke my 300 dollar m18 battery

The RVBOATPAT Step Down Converter for Milwaukee 18-Volt power tool batteries is being used to power a 12-volt security camera in my barn. The converter accepts an input of 15-volts to 35-volt. The output to the camera is a consistent 12-volts. The device fits the Milwaukee battery.

The media could not be loaded.  I sometimes have to test auto lights and radios and its hard to drag a auto battery around. This drops down my Milwaukee 18v to 12 volts. It comes with a reusable connector and it works great.It could be permanently mounted or put it in a lunch box so you can take it to the junk yard with you. It's very affordable and it is very well made.
