my 81yo mother broke her arm and the DR said she needed to be reclined to sleep. So we found this chair and I have to say its amazing. the lift is great, recline is perfect, the massage is good too and set up was about 10 minutes. it took longer to get it out of the box.

There are a couple of things I don't really care for. I chose the one for 5'1"+ as I am 5'4" but it's still higher than I like. Sitting in it without adjusting it to lean back, my feet don't touch the floor and the sides of the seat don't give a lot of room in that in order to use the arm rests, I have to lean to the side and I can't just put my laptop on my lap as there isn't protection to keep it there. I have to put my feet up and have a corner sitting on the armrest. If I were to lay it all the way back, my body would be above the armrests not giving much protection or a feeling of security. This all comes with the chair being for taller and much thinner people. I will just make do. Just wish I had chosen the next body height down.All that aside, it's a wonderful chair. I love the vibration/massage and heat. It goes all the way from my shoulders to my ankles. It has 2 cup holders that I put my controls in as the 2 side pockets are too far down and the 2 front ones aren't roomy enough. They hold my cell phone really nice. Maybe once the chair is broken in better, the remotes will fit in them. The cup holders is what makes it so I have to lay back to keep my laptop on my lap. It is definitely comfortable, so much so that I have nodded off in it a number of times. I got the non-fabric one, so it is so easy to clean. It's well worth the money!

It's very nice looking, it was delivered in good shape. For the money, this chair is great. It is firm (will not sink in). Everything works great; the massage, heat, etc. The leg lift is awesome....its one solid piece and its very comfortable on my legs.It's a very nice looking piece of furniture. A friend of mine is ordering one now, after seeing my chair.

Worked great, smaller chair but performs well and east to assembly

I had surgery and bought this because I couldn’t sleep flat for a few weeks. This chair was a life saver. So comfortable, easy to assemble and nice looking. Can’t beat it!

My husband purchased this chair for me while I was in the hospital recovering from a very bad fall. I had 9 fractures and he knew I was going to have issues getting around. The chair does run a little small, but I am short, so it is not an issue for me. When raising chair to stand up, it nearly puts you in a standing position, so it is not an issue to get up. The leather is nice, the color is brown. I love the vibration, but can not really feel the heat. The chair does raise and go down a little slow, but everyone has gotten used to that and they just wait for me. lol I would definitely buy this chair again.

So first off as always the delivery was awesome! The package of the the chair was great as well. Assembly wasn't to hard what so ever (my 125 wife did it). The comfort of the chair, the usb charging port, and heat are the issues.To start off I was in a motorcycle accident on 8/16/2022 while in the hospital for 10 days the doc told me I will need one of these chairs to relax in, and it would be great to get up and down in. So during my great 10 day stay in the hospital I pulled out the good old cell phone and started to review some chairs. When I purchased this chair a few things crossed my mind like cost, comfortably, and bulky. This chair I thought hit all three of those.Being a 6 '0 ft 260 pd man with 6 broken ribs from my accident I thought this would be the chair. The issues started happening a week in.USB - I enjoyed the usb port while it worked due to me not being able to move that much but unfortunately that just stopped working. No it wasn't my usb cord for my phone. The entire side unit where you select to go up and down has the usb port stopped lighting up and the usb port stopped working.Heat - The heat on the chair really was never good. The first week I had the chair I felt it a little. After that the heat I can barely feelComfort - Well when I first got home from the hospital anything was better than that damn hospital bed. I actually told my wife damn this is a nice chair. After about 10 days you will start to feel the vibrating coils in the chair at every part of your body.Overall I think they did a decent job on the chair but they need to work on the coils, usb port, and the heat for sure.

Things I like:Color and fabric are nice, cushioning is a little hard but not terrible.It came in a couple pieces which made it easier to get into the house for an able bodied person, others may need an extra person's hand.It was pretty simple to put together by myself and the directions were simple.Massage function seems strong and there are a few different settings and locations on the chair that can be massaged (back, lower back, thighs, calf).Pockets on both sides for storage.Cup holders on both sides and it's large enough to hold my phone.The price was affordable and it shipped pretty quickly.Things I didn't like:The lift and recline function is only located in the chair, it's not on the remote at all, and it's only located on the right side of the chair. I do have to lean a little bit to get to it.The seat is slightly tall, and my feet don't reach the ground while sitting in it, but I'm only 5'5".The letters on the remote are hard to read because they blend in with the background.It doesn't seem to have a timer function for the heat aspect, which could be dangerous.The massage is a little loud, but that's almost to be expected. There's no cushioning under the chair to the floor so a rug or mat would probably help with that noise. The lift and recline functions also aren't super quiet.Overall, a decent deal for the price and will help me during my surgery recovery.
