I really don’t get on with protein powders (they hurt my tummy) but wanted to add some extra protein to my diet to help keep me fuller for longer. This collagen does the job perfectly - it has barely any taste (no taste at all if I add it to my smoothie) and I now I am getting a good protein boost. It also has the added benefit of helping my skin feel great. After a month of using it daily, I feel like my hair and nails have more life to them too

Good value tub of collagen powder. It doesn’t taste so I add it to my morning tea. It feels like it helps with my gut health too.

Couldn't comment on the affects yet. But disolves very well into my coffee and leaves no lasted. Will continue to purchase and use

I like the fact that this is keto, so I don't have to worry about it affecting my stomach. I haven't noticed any improvements to my skin even though I've been taking it for a while, which is disappointing. But it makes me feel a bit more full up when I'm in a rush and don't have time for breakfast and it's really easy to take, I really enjoy it mixed with coffee or cocoa powder. I feel like it improves my digestion when I take it, and my hair and nails feel stronger too.

Why do women stick it on their face in a cream? This does nothing, you should put it in with your food.
