Wonderful Lens Pouch! Multiple mounting options
Oh man, I enjoy Hazard 4 products! This is nice, and well thought out. Molle rows & colums all over this thing, and tactical - meaning black, subdued and nothing shiny and nothing that will cling clang if you catch my meaning. That crazy looking 8.75 inch lens fits perfectly inside, after removing the hook & loop attached top pad. So, with that pad you could place other smaller length lens inside, theoretically? Also a small narrow pouch inside to place memory cards or maybe a lens cloth. Aaannd look at the last image - molle straps to lace into bags, vest etc, as well as plastic loops to use a sling or some cord to wear over the shoulder perhaps. Man if I were a cammy lens, I'd wanna sleep inside THIS case. Looks so comfortably inviting :)

Good. Wish they made an XL (Canon user)
Durable and well made. It's essentially a semi circle, so the diameter kinda gets cut short. It fits a Canon RF 100-500mm 4.5-7.1f L by a millimeter, and you have to remove the shade and the handle collar. It fits the 100mm2.8 L macro with the shade. Does not fit the 28-70mm L unless you absolutely stuff it in but you are not getting it out. 15-35mm L fits without the shade, fits lens up with the shade but may slide down and get a little stuck. I have the photo recon bag by hazard 4. I can get the 15-35 L and 28-70 L in the bag and have enough room to have either on the R5mii in the 3rd compartment. The 100-500 and 100 macro go in 2 of these pouches.

Just BARELY fits a Canon 70-200 f/2.8 with mounting ring
The main reason I got this was because it was a molle compatible padded lens case that looked like it could fit the Canon 70-200 f/2.8 lens based on how it appeared in the photos. I was pretty sure it could fit the lens, but whether it would fit the lens while mounted with the metal ring tripod mount was another story. Well, I'm happy to say it DOES fit with the metal ring mount but just barely. You have to stretch the sides of the case a little to get it all in there, but it does and zips up just fine. The molle straps on the back were a welcome delight as some companies do not include ANY way to strap it to molle (I'm looking at YOU, Maxpedition with your awful tac-ties and Blackhawk! with your annoying speed clips) Companies like Hazard 4 and Condor seem to be good about having the proper molle straps to hook it on as intended. Personally I've got this strapped on the side of a black Condor Molle Camera Bag and may order a Hazard 4 Forward Observer just to give it a try and see if it's any better. One thing you can't tell from the photo is this Jelly Roll comes with a little padded "door" that swings back and forth to cover up the top of the opening, which I could see would be very helpful if carrying a smaller lens. However, for the full size Canon 70-200, you will need to detach the little padded door and put it aside, because that lens will need all the room it can get. All in all, a great product from Hazard 4.

Excellent add on for Hazard 4 packs/slings
Pretty much everything from Hazard 4 is of excellent quality and this is no exception. I do have one niggle that deserves note: When attached via MOLLE and containing something heavy, it sort of pulls away from the pack at the top. It's not "going anywhere", it just needs a retainer of some sort at the top and the guys at Hazard 4 should have designed for that. I use this with the Photo-Recon sling for my camera kit - 6D, four lenses, and full kit. This piece holds my EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM Lens and keeps my very expensive glass nice and safe. Wont hold the hood or the tripod support, but that's okay with me - the case from canon isn't exactly convenient. Super durable. Can't comment on other uses, but for me it's great.

Solid, high quality feel.
Solid, well-made Molle accessory to my Hazard 4 Photo-Recon Sling Pack. I use the pack for either 1. 2 cameras or 2 a one-camera pack with some hiking or camping accessories. With that in mind, this case is great for carrying either my Nikon 28-300 mm lens when my 200-500 is on the camera in the main compartment, or for carrying my water bottle when the lens is on the camera, or the other camera has an equivalent. It snugged up tight to the Molle straps, and doesn't wiggle much. The pad in the bottom comes out for the water bottle, goes in for the lens. It's padded enough that I don't worry much about the lens inside it, even though I'm pretty clumsy. I own some off-brand accessories, and their build and design can be spotty. You know right away that this one is made well.

Great lens case. The zipper is not as strong as I'd like it to be but hasn't done me wrong. The case was a tight fit for my Nikon 14-24 2.8G. the lens would go in very snugly but every time I removed it the lens cap would remain inside. The same goes for the 24-70 2.8G. the lens hood was a very tight fit and the lens could not be put away with it on backwards. All in all I recommend this case,. Just be aware of its snugness on larger lenses. I've since bought a second case for my 80-200mm 2.8g. fits this lens great. I've attached the two jelly rolls to my maxpedition colloids. Together they fit the Nikon Trinity lenses great
