Absolutely had to buy this book in paperback afte Devney renamed Ivy and there was a new cover. When I got it in, it was SO GORGEOUS! :) So glad to add this to my DP paperbacks and bookshelves.

What’s better than a secret? Tons of them, that’s what! Clarence Manor is an expertly crafted story that is really three stories woven together proving everyone has a secret in their life. I’m a little afraid to say too much for fear I will accidentally spill a secret or two as this book is a fantastic one to go into completely blind. What I can say is that I LOVE how the secrets shape all the players and how each secret is revealed. Devney Perry is such a masterful storyteller that I rush to read each book she writes and this one certainly did not disappoint. If anything, I feel I got three books this time!

As a fan of Devney Perry’s previous work, I was pleasantly surprised by how different Clarence Manor felt while still maintaining the elements that make her stories so captivating. The balance between mystery and romance created a tension that kept me turning pages! The small-town setting added a layer of charm and intrigue, where everyone seems to have a secret, and nothing is quite as it seems. 😱Things you will find in CLARENCE MANOR:- Likable characters- Plot twists- Gossip girl and PLL vibes!The characters were well-developed, each with their own motivations and backstories that made them even more interesting. I enjoyed how Perry delved into the complexities of her characters, showing that even the most seemingly perfect individuals have flaws and hidden secrets. The fmc’s journey was compelling, and I found myself rooting for her as she navigated the twists and turns of the plot.This is also great for lovers of the college atmospher, it gave that youthful energy and a sense of urgency to the mystery giving Gossip Girl and Pretty Little Liars vibes! The book is filled with suspense, drama, and unexpected revelations that will keep readers on the edge of their seats.Overall, Clarence Manor is a must-read for anyone who enjoys a well-crafted mystery with romance.
