Really one of the best lego investments when it comes to money : time occupied.My 8yr old has been building it for about 4 hrs off and on (my fault because I told him I'd handle the sticker placement, yes I'm a perfectionist, I collect legos myself and crooked sticker placement gives me the heeby jeebies). So sometimes he had to wait on me to put stickers on. Other than that it's kept him fully occupied. Should also add that he has very pronounced adhd and for him to sit with something and focus for this long is not a frequent occurrence.I think I helped out twice to correct something that was placed incorrectly and got him stuck, but generally speaking I would say this is definitely appropriately labeled as for 8yr olds. He really enjoyed it.What I also love about this set specifically and why I ended up choosing this above other technic sets is the moving parts. It's more interactive, so more likely to receive some play time after being built.Really neat set, great price, kid (8 yrs) approved. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing Lego and enough complexity to keep kids busy; my kids took almost 4 hrs and it was non stop fun with moving garbage pick up function, tilting back wagon, and very appealing colors! It’s been one of the best legos we bought!

Instructions have a lot of missing steps, what is frustrating, and the illustrations are a hit and miss, really bad at showing some parts, at the same time sometimes giving too much details where there's no need.Overall, it's a great model.The back door hinge has a missing finish that is ugly, so I put 2 spare pieces to cover it

This product that I bought as a gift it’s was what I imagined in the picture. No missing pieces it was a perfect build and only took a hour. The size was perfect for my hands. The color was okay but not what I imagined it to be. Overall it’s a 5/5

I guess it’s not the most exciting set. I would have finished it as a kid, then probably dismantled it and built something else though. My nephew got bored and didn’t finish it.
