Does this come with items to hang it directly to the wall

No it does not, I had to build a frame on the wall for it to hang

How does the waste tile work. Do you have to remove that each time you want to use the pop up waste. The tile sits on lugs built into the sink??

You have to remove the cover tile to operate the waste. You might however be able to get a waste operated by a lever on the tap. The cover tile sits on 4 small cube protrusions in each corner underneath the tile it’s self

How i bought the large rectangular basin with the recommended plug but can’t clean under the plug where water pools. How do I clean under the plug?

You can lift up the cover tile with your fingers. Push it backwards then lift on the edge with your fingers and remove. Clean and replace cover tile.
