Loud, durable
The sounds are loud and car-inspired, but I wish it were engine sounds more than alarms and beeps. We end up rotating this toy out of circulation at home because of how loud and repetitive the sounds are fairly often. Its impressive that its held up to our energetic boys though, good build quality. If you plan on removing the batteries, this toy would be excellent.

Superb replica of a Top Gear Supercar...
This little thing is not a toy. Not for little kids anyway. This is a nice addition to the collection of big kids of which I am a card-carrying member. I have been collecting "diecast" cars and trucks since I was little. I like to build models and I also like to customize some of my diecast cars. I have to be honest when I first saw this car, I was not crazy about the color, but figured I will paint it with a color changing copper/orange that looks really nice on super cars. But after receiving the car and opening the box I think it looks really good in this color combo. So this will be added to my collection as is (I may have to paint the wheels though). The attention to detail for this scale diecast is awesome. The bonnet and deck lid open a little bit and the rear reveals the motor. The side "gull wing" doors open to a nicely appointed interior. I like the fact that the tires are rubber and have appropriate tread and profile tires. They even have the side view mirrors on the top of the wheel arches (made of rubber, so you will not snap them off). You can barely see the brake calipers and rotors behind the wheels, but they are there. I don't care for the sounds this makes or the pull back and go feature, but they are there if you want them. The box that it comes in is strictly for shipping and not nice enough for display. The car is screwed to a plastic base that showcases the company name that makes the model (Jiaye). This will join the rest of my collection as soon as I paint the wheels and a few little details on the interior. It will be something that Richard Hammond would be proud to own, just don't let him drive it. He has a reputation with Pagani.. LOL (fans of the British show Top Gear will know what I mean)..I can easily recommend this diecast, but it is not cheap for 1:32 scale. But I still think it is worth it.

Faithful replica but not sturdy for kids
If you've played any of the Forza series, you've gotten to know the Pagani Zonda and its successor, the legendary Huayra. This is a faithful 1:32 scale die-cast Huayra replica, complete with the regulation sideview mirrors that stick out from the front fenders. The gull-wing doors open, and like a lot of these cars coming out of China nowadays, it has lights, more or less inappropriate sounds, and a little pullback motor on the rear wheels that will break after your toddlers have 5 minutes with it. You can disable the lights and sounds by taking out the battery, and the pullback motor will be disabled soon enough. The car comes firmly attached to a stand with a cardboard backdrop; removal of 4 phillips head screws is required to get the car off the stand so it can be played with. If you were thinking of keeping it in its semi-attractive presentation box, know that there will be scotch tape on it and someone at Amazon will have plastered an Amazon barcode sticker on it; if this is placed on the cardboard of the box, it will leave glue residue and also take some of the cardboard away with it when you peel it off. This car wasn't for that; my toddler loves cars and he liked this one so much he grabbed it away from Mom before the 4th screw was out. So if you know someone - a kid, or kid at heart - who loves cars, they'll be delighted.

Pretty good for what it is.
If you're looking for extreme detail, then this isn't for you. But if you're looking for a nice die-cast to plop on the shelf and admire from afar, this is a pretty good option. It's generally well made. It's solid and feels sturdy. I am not a huge fan of the pull-back action, but for sitting on a desk or shelf you're never going to use it anyway. Decals and paint are generally good without any major deal breakers. There are some oddities in the details, though. The brake calipers rotate with the tires, which is kinda hilarious. They should have just not included them. The interior has a big plastic block where one's legs would go when seated. Strange choice. Details in the engine compartment are minimal, but not bad. Everything opens and closes as it should. The only real lights/sounds are activated when a door opens and sets off the "alarm" which then has a key chirp to indicate deactivating it. The lights flash at this time. For the price, it's not a bad item. It's a step above basic die-cast toys and is a good representation of the real-life car.
