My aging iPhone X is practically falling apart with the amount of use and abuse it still gets and with one accidental drop the screen got destroyed beyond repair.Being tight on cash not being able to get another premium screen repair I decided to spend $20 on this kit, and I was probably the best $20 I’ve ever spent.Paid $20, kit came the next day with full install instructions that were easy to follow alongside all the tools that were included with the toughest part being aligning the waterproof seal. In less than an hour my phone was back to life!The screen itself is nowhere near original factory quality being LCD instead of OLED, a bit of a soft picture, and increased battery consumption. But honestly for $20 this is all priceless and works.I am typing this review on this screen and will continue to enjoy it until either I need another one or finally get a much needed upgrade from this phone

Hard to install, low quality, appeared to work but had severe functionality issues the next day. Amazon sent a replacement but id did not have the suction cup necessary to install the new screen. I had to just buy a new phone instead. When you use this, face ID will no longer work, so make sure you turn it off especially for Messages. I had to type in my passcode 3x every time i wanted to open the messages app after installing this product. Attached picture shows the dysfunction of this product. Screen quality is far inferior to apple. I would have saved my energy and got it replaced at apple for $200 instead of buying this again.

Don't usually write reviews on amazon, but felt like I would for this because I want others to know what they are getting.So this one day I left my headphones plugged into my phone, walked away and dropped the phone from a high table. It was fine, then the screen went black after a few minutes. I knew the phone still worked because my music could still be heard.So I went home and thought about buying a new phone, but didn't want to spend that money so I thought I would give this $20 screen a shot because I didn't even know if it would work.The screen was easy to replace, just put the right screws in the right place and turned on just fine.The screen itself is not good, I wouldn't buy it if you want your phone to feel the same way it originally did because the borders are thicker, the resolution and material is not as good quality as the original screen.Do buy it if you want an easy and inexpensive way to get your phone running again, just don't be disappointed when it doesn't feel brand new.

Loving the new screen

It works fine but the display quality is very poor. The definition on the screen makes the phone look like a fake iPhone. At least I was able to fix the phone for cheap and I can still use it. It just looks very bad. Also the screwdriver for the 2 big screws to remove the screen didn’t fit. I had to go to a phone repair store to borrow they screwdriver.I really like the instructions and the step by step guidance. It made the screen replacement very easy.
