Held together well and tasted great!
We made great matzoh balls with this gluten-free matzoh meal. Note, we left the batter in the fridge for just over an hour (instead of half an hour) before making the balls - and it came out great! Everyone loved the taste.

It tastes weird...even for a product that is GF
From the moment we tasted the gluten free matzo meal, we immediately noticed a distinct and disgusting taste that is not like the Manischewitz matzo meals that we have had in the past (though they were not gluten free). Besides, even if it is/is not gluten free, I don't think that the food should be THAT different to the point where you start thinking whether it was expired or not. We also smelled the inside of the container and we were horribly greeted with a pungeant smell that makes you want to throw it in the trash. We also noticed a Sharpie mark on the barcode as seen on the picture where it looks like it has been tampered.

I'd buy it again!
Used this in both latkes and matzoh balls for gluten free family members. Worked well and the matzoh balls held together great! Rave reviews.

Good service.
I made matzo balls with the gluten free matzo meal. They weren’t as good as matzo balls made with regular matzo meal.I did receive the matzo meal very quickly.

Best gluten free bread crumb sub!!
This fab product is my go-to for gluten free bread crumb in my recipes. Fried chicken in the air fryer especially! It’s delicious and gives a perfect crispy coating every time. It’s amazing - highly recommended for my celiac community!

Smells and tastes rancid
I didn’t really notice while I was prepping the matzo balls but once I cooked them they smelled rank! I went back and smelled the matzo meal and it smelled sooo strong and rancid. I taste tested one of the matzo balls — I hope I don’t get sick! I’m going to have to go buy some gluten free matzo tomorrow and start over hours before my Seder. Ugh.
