I bought these on the recommendation of a friend's daughter who had been helped by them For me - I might as well as just eaten a packet of Polos. You can smell the peppermint oil as soon as you open the tub which seems promising. Alas for me they made no difference whatsoever to my IBS. They obviously may work for some people but clearly not everyone.But.....several months after I wrote the above my wife has tried them and they have helped her a great deal. So I am just ordering some more!

Did not help at all, if anything made my IBS so much worse as i was feel incredibly sick after taking these capsules and i was experiencing dreadful stomach cramps whilst taking them! Would not recommend!
